How exactly does the $6/user pricing work?
You pay $6 per user / month — that's it. A team of 15 staff pays $90/month, a team of 30 pays $180/month. Every feature is included on every plan, and your first 2 months are free.
Are all the features really included?
Yes — every plan includes every feature: the same SCHADS payroll engine, NDIS invoicing, Care Signals AI, 22 reports and CareIQ Assistant. There are no hidden tiers or add-ons — just $6/user/month.
What is the 2-month free trial?
Your first 2 months are completely free — full access to every feature, for any team size. No credit card required. We'll reach out before the trial ends — there are no automatic charges.
Is there a setup fee?
No. There is no setup fee on either plan. You pay nothing to get started beyond the monthly subscription — and that only starts after your free trial.
Do you help migrate from our current system?
Yes — migration is free. We help import clients, staff, and historical data. Most providers are up and running within a few days.
Is there an annual discount?
Yes. Pay annually and get 20% off — $4.80/user/month instead of $6. Contact us to switch to annual billing at any time.
